IT Helpdesk Manager / IT Security Specialist / IT Patch Manager / IT Technical SupportOne of my clients in between Bradford and Leeds are currently hiring for multiple permanent IT positions in participation of their massive drive to double their workforce by 2020.
It is imperative that candidates have current experience working in large, corporate, enterprise, multi-site environments (ideally on a global scale).
The positions they currently have available include:
IT Helpdesk Manager (£40,000 - £45,000) '€¢Must currently be managing a team of helpdesk / service desk engineers and have experience running day to day operations of ALL IT services. Ideally looking for someone who has worked their way up from technical support. IT Patch Manager (£40,000 - £45,000) '€¢Must have extensive knowledge of IP networks and multi-platform server environments (Windows Server, AD, Exchange, VMware ESXi/vCentre) in addition to experience patching and mitigating vulnerabilities. IT Security Specialist (£40,000 - £45,000) '€¢Must have experience designing and developing IT security policies and procedures, identifying and resolving IT security non-compliance issues and overseeing governance of the IT security strategy (mainly revolving around Information Security and Network Security) IT Technical Support Consultant (£25,000 - £28,000) '€¢Must have strong experience supporting and troubleshooting Outlook in addition to PC/Desktop Imaging (ideally through Altiris) predominantly on a 1st/2nd line basis. Extensive knowledge of Windows 7/10, Server Monitoring, Exchange, Active Directory, MS Office, Remote Desktop Services, Backup and Anti-Virus also required. My client have a global presence with nearly 100 offices across 40+ countries and a workforce of approximately 5,000 staff so it's important candidates have experience working in similar environments.
