Technical Support Advisor (Network Security + Hardware)

£25'000 - £28,000 + Bonus + Training + Progression + Pension + Company Benefits

Are you a Technical Support Advisor or Engineer from an IT infrastructure background looking personal development and training on specialist equipment and machinery in a growing, innovative, market leading company?

This is an excellent opportunity to receive state-of-the-art automated industrial dispensing equipment including all networks infrastructure and controls.

This well-established company are a specialist manufacturer that provide supply chain solutions worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a background in technical support and have knowledge of corporate network security practices including VPN, SSL and IPsec. Candidates able to speak French or German will be considered favourably.

The Role:

* Technical Support over the phone and occasionally with occasional travel to customer sites.

* Diagnosing IT network and Electro-Mechanical Hardware problems over the phone

* Training on all specialist equipment and networks

The Candidate:

* Experienced Technical Support Advisor / Engineer

* Qualified IT infrastructure, Engineering or Similar (HNC / HND degree or similar)

* French or German Speaking candidates will be considered highly beneficial

* Knowledge of Corporate Network Security and Infrastructure (VPN, SSL, IPsec etc.)
