Network & Security Team Leader

Our innovative, global, market leading client who have experienced a vast amount of growth in recent times, are looking for an experienced Network & Security Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis. The Network & Security Team Leader will be responsible for team management, troubleshooting, installing, implementing/administering network systems and providing 3rd level support.

The Network & Security Team Leader will also be required to assist business units on best practices and providing guidelines on efficient network solutions for business projects. This is a truly exciting time to join our client, as they are going through heavy investment and restructuring their IT division on a global scale.

Network & Security Team Leader - Role Scope:

* Developing and supporting the network and security team

* Ensuring the team have the required resources, skills and tools to operate effectively

* Plan, direct and coordinate activities of a multi-skilled technical team who are based in multiple locations

* Provide excellent Network and IT Security Services

* Ensure the Group Networks, WAN, LANs and WLANs are robust, maintained, available,

* secure and have no capacity issues.

* Provide implementation services for all projects that have networking and, or security

* requirements

* Understand and follow the Group Network and Security Standards

* Keep up to date with the latest Networking and Security tools that are available

* Manage and improve the Network and Security team performance

* Support the development of the Change Review Groups

* Ensure Network and Security Service Requests hit their agreed Service Level targets

* Ability to adapt to change and help lead/drive change

* Any German language skills are highly desirable
