Role: Lead Embedded Software Engineer & Embedded Software Engineer

Location: Bristol

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Software Engineer) £50,000 - £60,000 (Lead Engineer)

Would you like to work at the cutting edge of Embedded Technology for a leader in the Embedded Safety and Security market? My client is looking for an Engineer to join a team of experts you will be advancing their product portfolio. You will also be required to provide technical support to our customers, ranging from small dynamic start-ups to some of the world's most prestigious global technology companies.

The ideal candidate must have demonstrable experience and expertise in:

* C and assembler

* Embedded Systems Design

* Microcontroller experience

Highly desirable additional skills and experience are (Not essential to proceed to interview stage):

* Safety Software Development IEC 61508, DO 178B/C, FDA 510(k) submissions;

* Embedded security

* ARM, MIPS and Power Architectures

* Multicore

* Networking and Wifi.

To be successful in this job you will need to hold a degree in Engineering/Science/Math's, and have a solid experience of embedded system design and embedded software languages (Mainly C).
