2nd Line Support Analyst - Windows, Citrix, Active Directory
£25,000 per annum
My nationally recognised client is currently going through a period of growth and expansion and are looking to recruit an ambitious and focused IT 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their IT HQ in Warwickshire.
Reporting to the Service Desk Manager you will provide 2nd Line IT Support to both internal and external customers.
Key Skills/Experience:
A minimum of 2 years experience providing IT Support (1st and 2nd Line) within a Microsoft Windows Server & Citrix environment:
* Microsoft Office Systems and application s
* Windows Active Directory User Management
* User management and support within Windows Server 2010, Active Directory, File & Print, etc.
* Hardware Configuration and Support.
* Server management within Virtualised & SAN Infrastructure,
* User management and support within Windows Server 20110, Active Directory, File & Print, etc.
* Backups, Security principals and Antivirus.
* WAN, LAN, VPN and remote working via ADSL & Vodafone.
