Salary: £50000 - £60000 per annum + excellent benefits including 25 days holiday, pension, season ticket loan and annual bonus paying up to 10%!

A specialist software company based in Central Gloucester that have established a fantastic reputation in the travel sector, due to an award winning product, are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their ranks!

You will be working on a web based SaaS platform, web services and back-end systems. You will be reporting directly into the CTO and have autonomy to work across 3 development teams consisting of 5 developers. This is a great opportunity to come into a growing development team and really stamp your identity!

The software platform you'll be working on is comprehensive, and includes a full property management system, an online channel management solution, an online booking engine, a high-quality dedicated on-line distribution channel and an optional revenue management service. This platform is used internationally and is using state of the art technology any developer would want to be using!

Experience wise, they are looking for a Software Engineer who has:

Circa 6 years hands-on experience in building enterprise solutions and at least 2 years of experience in .NET technologies

Analysis and design experience including exposure to pattern oriented software development (including Object Oriented Design) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).

Experience integrating systems through web services, preferably using WebAPI or WCF.

C# development experience is required and exposure to Web services & REST services.

ASP.NET MVC

Experience with MS SQL Server 2012 including database modelling and query optimisation.

The salary for this Senior Software Developer role is between £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + excellent benefits including 25 days holiday, pension, season ticket loan and annual bonus paying up to 10%!
