Infrastructure Engineer - Commvault - Netapp - VMware

Our multi-national client, who are experiencing large growth are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join their team on a contract basis, initially for 3 months. Our client is currently going through a mass integration project.

Infrastructure Engineer - Key Skills:

* System integration experience

* Degree or equivalent technical qualification in IT or appropriate discipline(s) or experience.

* At least 2 years' experience working in an Infrastructure team

* Supervise and delegate control of backup to Service Desk members including training where appropriate

* Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and within departmental KPI's.

* Excellent communication skills with strong Customer Focused Mindset.

* ITIL v3 Foundation

* Commvault Backup

* Netapp/EMC

* Windows Server

* Commvault Backup

* Project experience

* Microsoft Server Technologies 2003 to 2012

* Microsoft Exchange Server 2010

* Microsoft Active Directory

* Citrix XenApp 4.5 and 6.5

* Strong VMWare VSphere 5.x skills

* Proven track record in Technical Project Delivery

* Systems Management and Security Patching

* Disaster Recovery Planning

* System Monitoring and Alerting

* Performance/Capacity Planning

* Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

* Proficient in ITIL & Service Management Processes.
