Security Architect / Technical Architect / Consultant (SIEM RBAC SC Clearance Linux Database). Senior Security Architect sought by Public Sector technology consultancy to provide strategic information security advice to public sector clients.

As a Security Architect you'll work on client site (mainly London based, all within M25), liaising with senior stakeholders to provide specialist advice on security architectures. You'll have overall responsibility for the security architectures and design of the security capabilities on the portfolio including defining and maintaining the approach to security capabilities such as identity management, cryptology, key management and SIEM. You'll lead the security team, providing direction, analysis and design facilitation on government security procedures and processes that cannot fail; you'll be working on high profile national security projects utilising cutting edge technology.

Requirements:

*Experience as a Security Architect with strong software / infrastructure architecture definition skills and a good understanding of architectural concepts, methodologies and frameworks

*Strong knowledge of identity management, including user provisioning, RBAC and authentication

*Strong experience with securing applications, databases, networks and infrastructure

*Good knowledge of SIEM in a Linux environment

*Appreciation of development and project life-cycles, including Agile methodologies

*Excellent communication skills, including manging key stakeholders and chairing security working groups

*Must have SC Clearance, DV ideally

*Desirable: experience with SABSA; experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure
