Security Lead / Senior Security Engineer (Firewall Proxy SIEM). Hugely profitable Hedge Fund is seeking a skilled Security Lead to guide a talented team to manage extensive security infrastructure. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Security Engineer to step up to a team lead position.

As a Security Lead you will work hands-on to proactively monitor, identify and address any potential issues. Introducing continuous improvements and enhancements, you will keep these vital systems at the forefront of technical innovation.

Based in Central London, you will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment where your input is valued and are rewarded with significant bonuses.

Requirements:

*Strong experience of security processes

*Experience of: firewalls, proxies, SIEM, vulnerability scans, web/email gateways

*Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

*Degree educated in Computer Science or a closely related subject

*Windows and Linux experience would be advantageous

*Ideally, financial experience
