Freelance Site Manager Cheshire

My client, a growing charter building company, is looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to run a 26 week residential barn conversion project.

The successful Site Manager will have a proven track record of delivering projects involving complex structural alterations and be experienced with delivering high quality fit and finishes to a residential property. You will be a strong leader and effective communicator with a drive to complete projects on time and within budget.

The project itself is a luxury barn conversion so any relevant experience to this would be preferred.

This is a medium term freelance position with great potential for further work and a permanent role with the same contractor as a Site Manager after project completion.

The Key Requirements

* Residential experience

* Structural alteration experience

* Ability to work collaboratively with the contractor and client

* Extensive construction knowledge

* Hold current SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications

* Have references available

Remuneration

Rate £22 per hour

Location - Cheshire

Duration - 26 weeks
