An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Oracle Apps DBA to join a talented and fast moving team.
Working for my client you will be responsible for the day to day support of a varying database environment and associated applications, ranging from large enterprise systems to small databases, including technologies such as Oracle, MySQL and SQL Server.
Essential Skills
*Experience supporting Oracle 11g/12c on both Unix/Linux and Windows.
*Experience with MySQL and SQL Server would also be beneficial.
*Demonstrable experience of supporting high availability systems and scalable architectures within a large database operation environment.
*Experience supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite R12, including patching, cloning, upgrading and day to day maintenance.
*Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with team members, business users and 3rd party suppliers.
*Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
*The ability to deal with complex problems and provide creative solutions to them.
