Asset Management Strategy - asset data flow maps - Business Analyst requirement on a 12 month contract based in Bristol.

Essential skills and experience:

* Using Sparks enterprise software package (EA standard).

* Using conceptual high-level data flow maps.

* Developing, updating and quality assuring detailed data flow maps.

* Wide knowledge of data related issues, spatial and non-spatial data.

* Asset management processes in the environmental sector.

* Developing and applying data standards.

Nice-to-have skills and experience:

* Experience of linked data solutions in the public sector.

* Asset management in the utilities and infrastructure sectors.
