PROJECT MANAGER - BUILDING SERVICES / INFRASTRUCTURE

(Wi-Fi, cabling, Security, AV, lighting control, BMS & iLBS)

£50000-£60000k - permanent - immediate start

+£6000 car allowance, £450 phone allowance, Laptop, 30 days' holiday (Inc. bank holidays) pension & other service benefits

As Project Manager you will report to the Project Director and be responsible for everything from project initiation to completion. You will have a vibrant, dynamic personality and be able to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget targets whilst liaising with the main contractor and supporting the project delivery team and technical staff.

The role:

*Concept to completion project management of smart building services (wired/WiFi, cabling, Security, AV, lighting control, BMS & iLBS)

*Liaising with main contractors/ clients /project delivery team/technical staff/HR

*Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Bids, negotiations, design, costing, resource planning, quality assurance weekly reports

The person:

*Project Manager experienced in the delivery of large enterprise building infrastructure projects (Minimum 3 years' experience). Main contractor construction experience essential, Certified BIM Project Delivery Manager desirable

* Qualified to Prince2 level & Skilled in MS Project (programme) and the use of critical path analysis

*Good knowledge of all Smart Building technologies, including but not limited to: LAN (wired/WiFi), cabling, Security, AV, lighting control, BMS & iLBS RCDD, LAN, NSI, Infocomm & CEDIA
