Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an IT Security Analyst to join one of the most prominent Irish organizations.
You will be a critical member of the information security team, working to develop and implement a comprehensive information security program to ensure a secure system infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain IS Security's portfolio of security policies, processes and standards.
* Develop strategies and plans to enforce security requirements and address identified risks.
* Implement, manage and monitor IS Security's suite of control technologies including web filtering, malware, intrusion detection and other security products.
* Research, evaluate, design and implement new security technologies to address new and emerging security threats.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Third level qualification in a IT / Computer Science or Business discipline
* Minimum 4 years' IT experience - ideally 2 years' IT Security.
* Technical proficiency in application development, logical flow, networks and databases.
* Demonstration of your Continued Professional Development is essential.
* Advantageous: Security Qualifications such as GCIH, GCIA, CISSP, CISA etc.
