Role: Business Analyst - Customer Service Improvement

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Location: Birmingham

I am currently recruiting for a Business Analyst - Customer Service Improvement to work for a market leading company in Birmingham.

Job Scope:

* To define functional and non-functional requirements for continuous service improvement projects

* To identify impacts to the business and strategies for dealing with these, e.g. training needs

* Working closely with the IT team to deliver technical solutions to business requirements

* Providing business analysis throughout the whole life cycle - requirements gathering, requirements analysis, traceability matrix, development support and testing support and measuring business improvements

* Documenting new or amended business processes and assisting the business through the implementation phase

* Building and maintaining key relationships throughout the business whilst working closely with project managers and other colleagues to deliver effective solutions

* Acting as liaison between the business and technical staff

* Being flexible with regard to some travel and overnight stays

* Handling confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols

Experience / Skill Set:

* Expert in eliciting requirements, workshop facilitation, validation and prioritisation of requirements

* Experience of working with stakeholders / representatives at all levels and demonstrable ability to present and discuss at a senior level within the firm

* Experience of working on technical infrastructure projects

* Excellent understanding of technology and its impact on the business
