We're looking for an Information Security Specialist to join a technology communications solutions company. If you're looking for a position working on Information security and Cyber security governance, then you could be the Information Security Specialist that we've been looking for.

What will you be doing?

As Information Security Specialist, you will undertake information security and cyber security risk assessments and compliance reviews, you will also be managing the ISMS and cyber security certifications. You will be supporting the Information Security Manager in maintaining the ISO 27001:2013 certification and managing the life cycle. Your skills will be utilised in the development of information security and cyber risk methodologies and the development of Information and cyber security policy, standard procedures and documentation. Your communication skills will be utilised when providing coaching and training to Information and cyber risk management colleagues, with the view to increase the skills of the entire function. Further to this, you will be responsible for planning, managing and facilitating external information security audits.

Who should you be?

* A technical talent with a wealth of specialised knowledge and practical experience when dealing with information security in a large-scale enterprise environment (Experience in a telecommunications industry would also be advantageous)

* An individual with a CISSP, CISA and a degree in a technical subject

* A professional with a proven track record of working within Information Security (including network technologies, infrastructure/cloud security architectures and configurations, application/database security)

* A candidate with experience conducting complex risk assessments (in accordance with a risk assessment methodology i.e. COBIT, ISP/IRAM, ISO27005
