Front End Developer (JavaScript Chrome Extensions). Opportunity to join a well funded start-up and work at the cutting edge of semantic web technology, producing a revolutionary new way to search the internet using AI and Machine Learning techniques.

As a Front End Developer you'll take ownership of the website and help transition from a Django front end to JavaScript connecting to a Python back end. You'll be working across the full development lifecycle, liaising closely with the CEO to understand requirements and take innovations from whiteboard to application, creating prototypes and making technology recommendations and choices.

This Front End Developer role presents an excellent opportunity to really make your mark and advance your career within a technology driven environment working alongside data scientists on ground breaking AI technology.

Requirements:

*Strong JavaScript skills with a good knowledge of modern libraries and frameworks - able to make recommendations such as React vs Angular

*Appreciation of good software architecture and engineering practices

*An interest in virtual assistance/information retrieval (e.g. chatbots, question answering, dashboards, dynamic card interfaces)

*Experience / keen to work with Chrome Extension development

*Collaborative team member with strong communication skills

*Desirable: understanding of Python / Django, open source contributor

As a Front End Developer you can expect to earn a competitive salary (to £50k) plus stock options.
