A Senior Web Applications Developer is required by a market leading company located in Bracknell. Due to an extensive workload and expansion, the company are looking to bring on board a Senior Web Applications Developer to join their existing web applications software development team.

The position will be fully hands on reporting to the Head of Engineering but will also involve some mentoring to junior team members. The ideal Senior Web Applications Developer will have experience working with multiple programming languages as well as a good degree from a well-regarded University.

Key responsibilities:

- Designing and developing applications to support and improve the company's existing products as well as working on new product development

- Mentoring and supporting Junior Web Applications Engineers when required

- Managing software projects working closely with both the Testing and Project Management teams when necessary.

Essential experience;

- Degree from a 'Russell Group' University in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Maths, or similar

- Programming experience with either PHP or ASP.NET

- JavaScript Libraries

Any experience in one or more of the following is advantageous;

- SQL Server

- JQuery

- AJAX

- Real-time

- Web Sockets
