This is an exciting opportunity to join a design and development agency based in Swindon. Having burst onto the scene in 2014, they continue to strive to meet the urgent need for an agency which can deliver dynamic and inspired content, but can also provide a distinct and powerful personal experience. The agency has gone from strength to strength during this time and are now looking to further expand their team to include an experienced full-stack developer.

What do they look for? Required

- 3-5 years of commercial experience.

- WordPress with Laravel and PHP 5.6+

- OO PHP / MVC.

- At least 1 front-end MVC framework (VueJS / AngularJS etc.).

- Experience of API development and integration.

- JSON and REST knowledge.

- Strong HTML/CSS skills.

- VCS experience (GIT).

- Unit and Functional Testing.

- Excellent time management.

Desirable

- Knowledge of OctoberCMS / MODX.

- Has hand-crafted WordPress themes.

- Experience with Github / Bitbucket / SourceTree

- SASS / LESS.

- Bootstrap 3 / 4

- Linux CLI

- JavaScript with jQuery

The work they do

This company specialises in OctoberCMS and Wordpress builds/maintenance, but are not limited in this regard. They have a great deal of experience in the creation of bespoke plugins, web applications and custom builds; recent work has included design overhauls of public-facing static sites as well as side projects such as the development of a Laravel/VueJS task tracking application which consolidates two 3rd party services.
