Senior Manager Credit Risk - Unsecured Products Portfolio

Real Staffing is currently working with one of the original and established "challenger" banks to assist them in the recruitment of an experienced Credit Risk Manager to lead the management and delivery of credit risk strategies for across their unsecured portfolios.

This role will cover all their unsecured products (loans, cards, accounts). You will be tasked with shaping and delivering the risk appetite for products optimising the risk-reward balance as well as managing and monitoring the impairment and credit risk performance of the product range. Ideally you will have experience in more than one unsecured product.

This is a management role so whilst it is expected that you will have come from an analytical background, your expertise will now be in the management of teams of analysts utilising SAS and other tools. That said you will be able to offer considerable knowledge of credit risk procedures and practices including Scorecards, Policy, Credit Bureau as well as an understanding of appropriate Regulatory change. You will also have strong stakeholder management skills to face off to other areas of the business including finance and product development.
