ERP Support Specialist - Palm Beach Gardens - Permanent - $70k

This large, telecommunications firm is looking to fill a MS Dynamics Support Specialist position in beautiful Palm Beach Gardens, FL. They seek a candidate that has very extensive experience with Financial/ERP systems and is highly motivated. Applicants MUST be authorized to work in the U.S.

In this position you will be responsible for configuring applications to meet business requirements. You will have to create advanced custom reporting using SQL and Crystal as well. This role includes following change control procedures and creating training documentation as needed for new/existing modules/processes. Another major responsibility is developing and conducting end user training.

Other Major Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

*Perform system administration and user support to resolve production issues.

*Work alongside business to identify new capabilities needed and the associated business requirements.

*Creating SQL scripts for direct database changes to be performed by an approved implementation team.

*Supporting system conversions of acquired companies, including new database builds, and the extraction, cleansing and loading of master data and transactional data.

*Work alongside Infrastructure and Data Management teams to build new servers and databases.

*Collaborate with Project Management to create and track project plans.

*Work with Change Management and Data Management teams to perform all implementations to production.

Requirements:

*Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accounting, computer science or management information systems and/or 3-7 years equivalent work experience

*Certifications in SQL or strong SQL writing experience

*Extensive Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP experience

*Strong knowledge of financial applications and processes'

*Troubleshooting experience

*Understanding of the organization's goals and objectives for financial systems

*Project leadership experience
