Real Staffing is currently working with this fast-growing, entrepreneurial financial services business who are looking to grow their Credit Risk Analytics function based in coastal Hampshire.

They are now looking to recruit individuals with experience of one of the following:

o Model validation/oversight/governance

o Consumer Credit risk scorecard model development

o Credit Reference Agency data analytics

Working across a range of specialist retail lending portfolios you will be able to offer strong analytical skills and ideally some knowledge of relevant statistical techniques. Initially working on Application Credit Risk Scorecards you will have the opportunity to work on PD, LGD, EAD models in the future.
