Our Client is an international EPCM who is seeking an experience Marine Safety Advisor to join them on a brand new Project in WA.
The marine Safety Advisors primary role is to provide safety expertise and leadership to ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with company and client HSE requirements, policies and procedures and regulatory standards and applicable legislation. The role includes coaching, advising, training, conducting inspections and providing constructive feedback to all concerned parties.
The Safety advisor is also responsible for the administration and reporting tasks associated with the above roles.
Qualifications
Previous Major Project experience within the marine sector
At least Certificate IV or equivalent in a HSE related discipline;
Previous Offshore Safety Experience in a similar role
MISC
Accident/Incident Investigation (TAPROOT or ICAM)
