Test Analyst

If you've got a background in financial services, we could take your breath away with some of the most substantial and advanced global projects around – ones that lead the market and involve cutting-edge technology. These £multi-million projects won't just keep your grey matter interested – they'll also prepare you to take the next step towards more senior roles and more complex challenges.

Whatever the project, you'll make sure our proposed changes and solutions are tested thoroughly. Day-to-day, you'll identify, plan and control all testing activity, produce and implement test scripts and provide general support to the testing team. And all this while working to make our testing processes and systems the best they can be. Whenever improvements are in the pipeline, you'll keep a close eye on governance, risk management and compliance requirements to ensure that new designs are flawless.

You're familiar with HP's Quality Centre software programme, User Experience Testing (UAT) and the Financial Services industry. Plus, you understand the commercial impact of the industry's regulatory environment, as well as the role of Barclaycard Global Change Management itself. With this expertise, you'll have what it takes to lead the testing function and inform its work on business change projects. An ISTQB or VisionPLUS qualification would be ideal. However, we're more interested in your ability to network, express yourself and influence key figures within and outside the business.

If you're a natural multi-tasker with a gift for innovative thinking, we'll make sure your talents are stretched to the limit. We're looking for those with experience in digital consumer payments as well as change management generalists.
