Associate Mechanical Director - Building Services Design Consultancy
South East - Surrey
£62,000.00 + Bonus + Bupa Healthcare for the family + 25 days annual + 10% pension scheme
The role of the successful candidate is to lead a team of design engineers on projects that fall into the following sectors: Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Industrial, Education, Transport, Offices, Retail and Leisure sectors to name a few:
You will act as the leading engineer reporting only to the Managing Director and will support the MD and another Associate Director in the office with regards to securing additional work, client liaison, financial aspects of the business and representing the company to the highest level.
The candidate will preferably be Chartered or at least working towards this status and will also be degree qualified in a relevant field. Experience of leading teams of engineers is essential and you will also need to be from an M&E design consultancy background. LCC knowledge will also be required and a working knowledge of sustainable design solutions.
This is an appointment that is being made for company growth purposes. My client has been extremely successful over recent years and they are now in a position to grow the business. They will start with the Associate Director post the successful candidate will then be responsible for growing there own team. This can be done immediately or gradually depending on the candidate's current situation.
