Are you a graduate (or equivalent) with experience of managing and building servers, looking to develop a career in the telecommunications industry?
Our client is a telecommunications management provider that delivers integrated voice, data, IM, video and mobility solutions for corporate users of all sizes and industry types.
In this graduate opportunity, you will be responsible for providing technical support over the phone and face to face to our client’s customers.
This role is initially within the Operations department of the company, and will offer an opportunity for the candidate to obtain experience of various parts of the business.
Training will be given to the right candidate to enable them to develop their skills and build upon their experience. As such, you will be enthusiastic and have a willingness to learn and develop your skill set.
You will be tasked with:
- Maintaining existing IT infrastructure
- Addressing client issues
- Booking goods in and out
- Ordering equipment for clients and working on their projects
- Approving invoices
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A degree (or equivalent)
- Experience of managing and building servers
- An understanding of IP technology and unified communications
- Basic LAN and WAN skills
In addition, you must possess excellent interpersonal and writing skills and demonstrate proficiency using Microsoft Office. You must also be a fantastic communicator with an excellent telephone manner. A full driving licence is also essential.
