Our client an exciting internet gaming start-up is currently seeking an ambitious Flash Developer to be a driving force in this brand new business. Utilising money secured from large venture capitalist backers, they are looking for someone who is eager to play a major part in a business in a growth industry that is expected to boom this year and grow rapidly over the next few years. Working closely with the industries leading game logic development company you will be introducing a steamlined gaming platform to the public through the Android and iPhone platforms.

Job Description:
- You will initially be responsible for development of the client side application. This will entail developing the existing game concept through the design, development, testing and release phases.
- Integrate the client side application with the existing server - side API.
- Candidate will be responsible for maintaining detailed documentation throughout the project life cycle.
Experience:
- Development of client side mobile applications, with rich graphics preferable
- OLTP (Online Transaction Processing)
- Architectural design of software applications
- Experience in developing applications for iPhone and Android will be advantageous.
- Gaming experience is preferable.
- Experience with test driven development (TDD) or agile development is essential.
Skills:
- Experienced in Adobe flash Development (CS3, CS4 or if possible CS5)
- HTML, CSS and Javascript
- TCP Networking.
- HTTP experience of client app communicating with web service.
Candidate:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar field but this is not essential
- Demonstrate a desire to take on responsibility
- Excellent communication skills to communicate with non - IT people
- Team player
- Passion for technology and gaming
