Tremendous opportunity to join a market leading eCommerce business seeking a technically minded Customer Support Analyst. Working on a busy helpdesk to strict SLA's, you will resolve 1st line issues with their customers web sites. This is a fast paced environment so it is essential that you have previous web, Ecommerce & CMS support exp and knowledge of associated web tools & technologies. This role does not involve any hardware or desktop support-it is purely web based.

This role will suit someone with previous experience in a similar environment in a customer service focused role. You will provide both telephone & email support to their external clients who are some of the leading retail brands in the UK. So it is essential you have experience of dealing with external customers to the business you have worked with. You will possess exceptional customer service & communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, strong listening skills & the ability to thoroughly investigate issues before escalating, if required. You will have a strong technical mindset and experience of working in a similar role.

This is a very varied and important role within the business. Typical duties will include;
*Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues-escalating if beyond 2nd line
*Strong problem solving & analytical skills-working to strict SLA's providing excellent customer service at all times
*Strong documentation and the ability to follow procedures / work to best practise
*Good understanding of eCommerce terminology and best practice (including payment processing, conversion rates, usability, SEO, branding)
*Ability to interpret web logs, SOAP, XML, CSV and other protocols to troubleshoot issues-you will understand how to search data for messages and clues as to what the problem is
*Perform specific recurring tasks for customers-creation of user accounts and general site administration
*Escalate issues effectively
*Contribute towards continuous improvement with regards to efficiency and the service provided to the customers

Essential skills are;
*Relevant Customer Support / Helpdesk exp in a similar role or industry
*Knowledge of issue tracking/ ticketing software
*Experience with supporting customers Internet/ Web technology issues
*Knowledge of eCommerce systems & infrastructure
*Able to work to strict deadlines
