The function
*Business analyst for the commodities team to assist with the implementation of Carbon and Precious Metals on Calypso.
*Review business analysis and technical documentation for system for the implementation of Carbon and Precious Metals.
*Working closely with the business analysis and development team to review and test new functionality
*Working closely with business users to help understand requirements and draw up test plans and detailed test scripts
*Testing, preparing test plans, tracking defects, negotiating with business users and Calypso team to resolve issues and find solutions.
The profile
*Knowledge of spoken and written Dutch advantageous
*Business knowledge of commodities products and end-to-end business processes - Precious Metals (required) & Emissions (desirable). Good knowledge of FX trading may be an adequate substitute for precious metals knowledge.
*Perform analysis for testing against user needs, requirements documentation and baseline information
*Participate in design and configuration development sessions /
workshops / meetings to represent the testing viewpoint as well understand what functionality will need to be tested
*Work with business users, business analysts and Calypso specialists in their development of requirements and in the development configuration of Calypso
*Plan / Develop / Build and Document Test Cases and Test Scripts
*Specify Test Data Requirements
*Develop Test Execution Schedules and Maintain Scripts using Quality Centre
*Execute Test Scripts to Schedule
*Raise and Progress Defects (where relevant) in Quality Centre
*For UAT Stage of Testing work with Users to facilitate development of User Acceptance Tests.
*Act as a single point of contact for the business users to support questions about UAT and Implementation (where required) Remarks
*Position needs to be filled in the short term.
*CV's should consist of a maximum of six pages with the most relevant work experience and competences listed.

Senior Business Analyst
- Excellent analytical skills to enable the gathering, interpreting and documenting of Market Risk business requirements
- Ability to clearly communicate and present complex concepts and issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of exposure measurement techniques and models
- Experience in system implementation across multiple project streams
- Good understanding Agile development methods
- Assist the Test Manager in creating test cases and the tracking and resolving of defects
Required skills
- Calypso Core and Calypso ERS
- MS Excel (with VBA preferable)Domain
- Investment Banking products (as below)
- Market Risk methodologies
- Front to Back knowledge of Investment Banking systems and processes
Demonstrable experience in with the following asset classes:
- Fixed Income
- Interest Rate Derivatives
- Credit Derivatives
- Commodity Derivatives
- Equity Derivatives
- FX and Money Markets
Additional Information
