Our client produces innovative and cost effective solutions for content-rich web sites. They aim to produce the best sets of tools to let their clients create compelling sales propositions. An opportunity has arisen for a PHP Developer / Web Developer to join their team.
This would role would suit a keen developer looking for a new challenge or an exceptional graduate (or equivalent) with experience of producing object oriented PHP applications, looking to develop their career with an industry leader.
As the PHP Developer / Web Developer you will be working on a CMS and e-commerce platform. Working within a commercial environment, this role includes application development, project delivery, maintenance and user support.
To be considered for this role you will either be an experienced developer or a talented graduate (or equivalent). At a minimum however, you must have experience with the following:
- PHP
- SQL
- HTML
- CSS
Additionally as the PHP Developer / Web Developer you must have a passion for web development in PHP using object oriented techniques.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, the ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Whilst not essential, experience in JavaScript and ActionScript would be beneficial.
