Voice Networks Team Leader. Due to continued global expansion, my client, a global bank, have a new opening for a Voice Network Team Leader/ Manager

The Global Voice Operations team are responsible for the management and support of the core global voice infrastructure. The technologies and toolsets deployed include:
 
Primary remit:
 
Leadership and accountability for technologies and / or controls within voice support team (team size >10 FTE across strategic centres - UK, Lithuania, Singapore). Design, development, implementation and continuous improvement of processes, controls and service levels for managing global core voice infrastructure. Management of changes to ensure quality. delivery within defined service levels and maintain the stability of production environment. Represent Global Networks at technical and / or management meetings with stakeholders from wider technology or business organisation.
Resolution of events, Incidents, Problems and complex changes within the voice network estate including: High priority Incident diagnosis. Problem Management Root Cause Analysis and identification of options for permanent fixes.

Person Specification : You will have experience of managing voice network infrastructures within large, complex, perhaps global environments. Well developed team leadership and management skills, ideally entailing remote management / offshore personnel. Experience of setting up teams / functions from greenfield would be useful. You will have proven change management skills, ideally including the management of teams in times of high change and demand, and played a role in driving through this change. ITIL qualified / aware is also required. Technically you will have a solid Voice support background encompassing technolgies including Norel Meridian, Symposium, large Nortel contact centres, CTI, MPS, CCT, NCC Call Pilot, Verint & Nice Voice Recording, PSTN Services, Featurenet 1000/ 5000, Eclipse Call Management, VoIP based technologies, H.323, Codec's, IP Trunking. You will also have an awareness of Cisco based LAN/ WAN routers and switches.
