As a provider of specialist solutions to the housing repairs sector, our client is clearly established as the market leader in the supply of workforce scheduling software. Due to expansion, we are now looking to recruit a Project Office Manager to join our team.

As the Project Office Manager you will be responsible for:

- Developing internal processes and project plans for assigned projects
- Managing the progress of assigned projects
- Managing resource allocation and co-ordinating activities between internal teams to ensure that customer expectations and deadlines are met
- Liaising with partners to ensure they are kept in touch with product developments
- Gathering performance data from customer systems and providing summarised analysis of this data to other team members
- Ensuring all contractual and project documentation is in place

To be considered for this role, you should have previous project management experience within an IT/ software environment. You must also have experience with project management disciplines.

Additionally as the Project Office Manager, you will also need good communication skills as you will be liaising with customers and internal resources in order to get activities successfully completed within demanding deadlines.

Familiarity with complex business applications is important and in particular an understanding of the life cycle involved in implementing and supporting these types of applications. A reasonable level of technical capability is desirable and MS Office skills are essential.

The role is office based though there may be a need for some travel.
