Systems Integration Manager

£45,000 to £55, 000 + Car + Bonus
A career defining opportunity to work closely with the IT Director and CEO in a fast growing, ambitious company with strong and stable revenue streams. This is a challenging role that will impact across multiple business areas and affect the bottom line profitability of the organisation. This role will drive value in the provision of systems and applications to multiple operational business units through further integration of diverse company systems.
Success will be measured through better use of technology by Business Units and effective, best fit technical solutions that drive improved operational efficiencies and increased integration of systems. To deliver your brief you will have several small teams to manage including business analysts, systems developers, and application support specialists.
To be considered for this role you will have already developed some IT / IS management experience covering the provision of systems and applications. Experience of working in structured environments and to standardised methodologies across project management, business analysis, and development is essential.
As an individual you will have the drive and focus to prioritise competing requirements, manage multiple stakeholders, network and influence across the business as well as the determination to hit your functional delivery objectives. Education will be at degree level or higher.
