Our client has been supplying network enhancing connectivity products and enterprise printing solutions for three decades. With offices in the UK, USA and Germany, France, Singapore and Japan, they operate at the forefront of network based technology products and enterprise ready solutions. An opportunity has now arisen for a Pre-Sales Technical Consultant / Pre-Sales Consultant to join their team.
This is the ideal role for a talented candidate with a track record of pre-sales, looking to further develop their career with a world class organisation.
As a Pre-Sales Technical Consultant / Pre-Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing support during engagements and with solutions configurations, and providing advice and documentation to meet customer requirements.
The position involves customer facing meetings (up to board level) where presentation skills are key to presenting a competent solution offering, and qualifying how the customer requirements best fit our client's solution offering. At times, you will also be required to carry out implementation at the pre-sales level for demonstrations, pilots and proof of concepts which would occur at the customer sites.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- an excellent track record in a similar role
- a willingness to learn new skills and face new challenge
The ideal Pre-Sales Technical Consultant / Pre-Sales Consultant will have an understanding of office printing environments, Ethernet networks and Windows based operating systems would be beneficial, as would technical writing skills.
