Spanish speaking Technical Support Engineer; Chertsey, Surrey ; required to join a leading global Network Security Vendor at there main EMEA support centre. In this role you will be working in the 1st and 2nd Line UTM / Unified Threat Management or Email Security team providing support to client across a range of Network Security Products. You will assist clients in the support and deployment of security products such as Firewalls, IPS and VPN, or Email Security solutions, providing Level 1 or Level 2 tech support, solutions and workarounds. You must be fluent in one or more European languages (Spanish, French, Italian or German) and English. You will have strong knowledge of LAN / WAN network technologies, in-depth knowledge of OSI model, subnetting IPV6, TCP/ IP Protocol Suite, LAN/ WAN access technologies, Internet Security Architectures and Routing Protocols routing protocols like OSPF, RIP, BGP, firewall, IDS/ IPS or have very strong knowledge of Email server such as Exchange etc, Knowledge with the support installation, configuration, or management of network security products (Firewalls, IPS, VPN
