english/ French speaking telesales - email and web security CONTRACT

My client a market leader in email and web security are looking for a contract English/ French bilingual telesales advisor for their call centre in Reading. You will be responsible for qualifying and managing new leads in order to generate new business opportunities for the French market and therefore the ability to speak both French and English fluently is essential. You will be calling prospect data produced by the marketing department, predominantly talking to IT decision makers about email and web security. The role will also involve showing web based demonstrations to prospects and helping run scheduled Webinars. Reporting to the Team Manager you will work closely with the Sales team as well as the Marketing team. You will act as the interface between the regional sales and Marketing organisations and will be tasked with developing and executing calls to support both marketing campaign follow up as well as new prospecting calls. The ideal candidate for this role will be a Marketing or Business graduate looking to venture into IT Sales, or someone from a smiliar call centre sales environment. Ability to cold calling and/ or the IT industry would be preferable, and you must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate and follow-through sales conversation with IT professionals. Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint are a must, as is a confident and strong personality. The position would suit individuals who have previously been an Internal Sales Executive, IT Sales Executive, New Business Sales Executive, Sales Representative, and Telesales Executive.
