SAP CRM Consultant - UK travel.
My client, a major IT consultancy with a very well established SAP practise is looking for a SAP CRM consultant.
The SAP CRM Consultant will need to have extensive experience in SAP CRM with strong hands on functional configuration skills in SAP CRM a must.
The SAP CRM consultant must have completed a minimum of 2 full life cycles in the SAP CRM, the SAP CRM consultant must be equally comfortable through all stages of a SAP CRM implementation.
Additionally, all potential candidates must have design and hands on experience with either SAP CRM 6.0 or SAP CRM 7.0, ideally both.
Candidates for the SAP CRM consultant role must also have an in depth knowledge of the Customer Care industry/ sector, ideally also with knowledge or experience with the integration into SAP FI/ CA.
The SAP CRM consultant must also have previous experience to get involved with the requirement gathering, performance analysis, facilitation of workshops and be able to build and deliver a SAP CRM solution.
It would be hugely advantageous for the SAP CRM consultant to also have experience with Electronic Toll Charging.
It would also be desirable for the SAP CRM consultant to have experience leading a SAP team through a SAP CRM implementation.
All potential candidates for the SAP CRM consultant must have excellent communication skills on all levels along with excellent client facing skills, ideally from a SAP consulting background.
