My client has a unique 360 degree relationship with SAP. they are an SAP Services Partner and an
SAP Education Partner. They have board level relationship which ensures common direction and
understanding. Additionally, they enjoy a strong relationship with SAP Labs, where they develop and
test the next generation of SAP components, including:
1. NetWeaver
2. All 28 Industry Solutions (including Utilities)
3. CRM and CRM On Demand
4. Transportation Management
5. ERP (including Finance and HR)
Key Competencies:
Must have
· Proven track record of delivering SAP based solutions for large SAP
customers, including SAP Upgrade projects. Career development /
progression from SAP Functional or Technical Consultant / Architect.
· Ability and experience to grow teams within a project / customer
environment.
· Strong relationship / stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to influence decision making.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have
· Experience in managing / delivering large scale implementation /
rollouts / upgrades / consolidation / process optimization projects
involving SAP.
· Experience / exposure of the on-site / off-shore delivery model.
Knowledge:
Must Have
· Excellent knowledge of relevant project management methodologies
(i.e. ASAP, Prince2 etc.).
· Good functional / technical knowledge of the SAP solution.
(Preferably SAP PP-PI, SAP MM, APO, Netweaver)
· Strong cross module knowledge of SAP, as required to successfully
deliver SAP projects.
Nice to Have
· Strong domain knowledge / experience in life sciences industry
Experience:
Must Have
· Delivered at least 6 SAP projects (can be a mixture of
implementation, upgrade, consolidation, development & support, but
must include at least 2 implementation projects and / or 2-3 SAP
upgrade projects.)
Nice to Have
· Experience / exposure to the Global (on-site / off-shore) delivery
model
