Service Desk Analyst - German speaking, Glasgow - Scotland.
My client are currently in the process of putting together a team of 15 - 20 German speaking Service Desk Analysts to support customers both in the UK and Germany.
The Service Desk Analysts will provide 1st/ 2nd line support across Microsoft and Windows applications, typical applications being Microsoft Office, Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Outlook. the Service Desk analysts will need to be comfortable with the mentioned software packages on both desktops and laptops.
Additionally, the Service Desk analysts will also provide technical support on a range of accessories and peripherals to include printers, scanners and possibly mobile phones and PDA's.
The Service Desk analyst will provide technical support on the mentioned Microsoft and Windows applications over the telephone and via email.
It would also be preferable for the Service Desk analysts to have experience using or troubleshooting Lotus Notes.
Ideally, the Service Desk analysts will come from a background in IT support (Service desk roles, Desktop support roles, Helpdesk support roles or 1st line support roles).
It would also be advantageous for potential candidates for the Service Desk analyst roles to hold a technical certification (MCP, MCSE, MCSA etc) although this isn't essential.
All candidates for this role MUST SPEAK FLUENT GERMAN AND ENGLISH.
