Solutions Designer - Telecoms - Berkshire
Leading Telecoms company who are exceeding all expectations in today's economic climate are expanding rapidly. They now require a Solutions Designer to join their winning Services team.
The Solution Designer will lead a virtual team of network, IT and process designers to design and deliver next generation products. Taking full responsibility for the definition of the design of the product, you will ensure that network and service requirements are fully captured and understood. You will ensure that solution designs are reviews and accepted by all teams, and that they are operable, maintainable and robust. The Solution Designer will produce high quality documentation in all design and implementation activity, reviewed and approved by all key parties. This will include professionally documented end-to-end Service Designs to be approved by all key stakeholders. Furthermore, you will plan product testing and manage issues through to resolution.
To be considered for this role you will be an experienced designer or deliverer of solutions. You will have a recent track record of delivering projects in large telecoms or IT environments. The winning Solution Designer will have an understanding of technical and network principles with the ability to communicate effectively with experts in such areas. Additionally, you must have substantial experience in Business Process Analysis, Requirements Capture, and UAT/ ORT testing.
