SAP HR Payroll Principle consultant - UK travel.
My client, a leading SAP consulting organisation is looking for a SAP HR Payroll Principle consultant to join there SAP implementation team.
The SAP HR Payroll Principle consultant will come from an extensive SAP HR or HCM background. The SAP HR Payroll principle consultant will have extensive hands on experience implementing SAP solutions around the modules of SAP HR/ HCM, Payroll and the key sub modules surrounding SAP HR/ HCM including ESS/ MSS, TM, OM, PA and PD.
All potential candidates for the SAP HR Payroll principle consultant role must have completed numerous SAP HR full lifecycles, ideally 5+.
Additionally, the SAP HR Payroll Principle consultant must have strong team lead experience leading SAP HR/ HCM teams through SAP HR implementations. The role of the SAP HR Payroll Principle consultant will require you to lead both onshore and offshore teams through SAP HR implementations.
It would also be preferable for the SAP HR Payroll principle consultant to have also completed projects in a SAP HR Architect or SAP HR Project Manager capacity.
My client are also currently implementing SAP HR Payroll solutions which include some of the newer modules/ sub modules of SAP HR/ HCM such as EIC (Employee Interaction Centre), LSO (Learning Solutions) and Talent Management, as a result, any previous experience implementing or supporting EIC, LSO or Talent Management would be hugely advantageous.
All potential candidates for the SAP HR Payroll Principle consultant must have excellent client facing skills, previous SAP consulting experience would again, be hugely advantageous.
