Business Analyst - Telecoms - UK Wide
My client is a leading Telecoms company who have surpassed all expectations and are expanding rapidly to become a global leader in their field. They now require a Business Analyst to join their professional services team.
The Business Analyst will act as the primary contact on a number of IT driven initiatives aimed at delivering new and improved functionality for my clients BSS systems. You will work with a variety of stakeholders and 3rd parties to gather and document IT requirements and functional specifications. The role will involve reviewing designs, and Requirements Traceability Matrix. The Business Analyst will be required to run UAT activities and assist the Test team through test phase.
The winning candidate must have the following essential technical competencies:
* Experience in Business Analysis
* Experience of working on Clarify CRM system
* Telecoms industry experience - Telecoms products and services
* Business Analysis methodologies - UML, Agile, Scrum, RUP etc
