Superb opportunity for a Sales Automation professional with Salesforce.com knowledge, to join a leading mobile telecoms brand as its Sales Automation Manager and play a key role in the design, delivery and ongoing development of large-scale, complex Sales Automation / SFDC systems.
The Role
Working for one of the UK's leading brands, you will have ownership of the strategic sales automation plan for the enterprise sales channel, UK wide. Expert knowledge of Salesforce.com and Sales Force Automation will be crucial to your success, as you will be required to build, manage and mentor a team of talented development analysts to provide ongoing support and system enhancement.
Person Spec
In order to apply you must have demonstrable skills in the management of Sales Force Automation and a track-record of delivering systems using Salesforce.com. Ideally, this will include significant involvement with a mobile telecoms provider, meaning you understand the niche business processes that underpin these systems.
A background in sales, customer loyalty, business process analysis and the delivery of software systems to support this, is highly desirable.
Applicants will be superb communicators, capable of managing stakeholders to director level and working within a high-pressure, fast-paced sales environment. Proven skills in team leadership, management and staff development would be beneficial.
