Implementation Consultant - Software
Based in Wetherby (West Yorkshire) or London
£25,000 - £31,000 DOE plus Bonus, Private Healthcare, Death in Service Cover, Long Term Sickness Benefit, Pension Scheme, Generous Holidays
Our client provides a suite of portfolio, project and resource management solutions perfectly tailored to a wide range of client requirements. They currently seek to recruit an Implementation Consultant to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with solid client-facing or consultancy experience from within the IT or software industry to join a fast growing, software and services company with national and international customers across a wide range of sectors.
Servicing clients UK-wide, in this dynamic role the Implementation Consultant will be responsible for providing a range of services including supporting sales demonstrations, preparing proposals, understanding client requirements as well as implementing and training new software users.
To be considered for this important client-facing position, the Implementation Consultant must be able to demonstrate solid experience within a customer-facing or consultancy role, from within the IT or software sectors.
A valid full driving licence and a flexible approach are also required as this role will involve regular travel to client sites.
Full training on the company's products will be provided, as will ongoing hands-on support and training, though you will be expected to already hold the following key skills and attributes:
- Strong relationship management skills
- Good analytical ability
- A strong command of English with a high degree of oral and written communication skills
- A confident presenter
- Strong time management skills
