Business Systems Support - Manchester
Required by this global engineering consultancy based in Manchester.
The Business Systems Support Analyst will work as part of the UK delivery team to manage, resolve and close problems relating to internally developed business systems applications received via users or via the technical support team.
Business Systems Support Analyst Key Skills;
*Ability to work with data models and a good understanding of data architecture and data integrity.
*SQL Script writing skills, including modification and execution
*Familiarity with Change Control procedures
*Basic understanding of SQL database management processes
*Ability to work with various security models, including role-based security, Microsoft Active Directory, etc.
*Experience in using Microsoft Office applications
*Previous experience of setup and analysis using Google Analytics is desirable.
*Preferable experience supporting .Net based applications based on Microsoft technology platforms.
*Experience supporting bespoke applications in other organisations
*Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and the impact it can have on support eg. Performance, availability, connectivity issues etc.
