Joining a dynamic and fast growing financial services company our client delivers innovative, customer focussed products to the retirement income market. Working within the Management Information team you will be responsible for creating and processing data (systems/ databases/ reports) as well as analysing and presenting the data.
In more detail your role will include the following:
• Reconciling all operational data from multiple sources.
• Identifying, investigating and correcting discrepancies, using data analysis techniques, systems, and manual checks.
• Producing management information on trends and exceptions, including business generated per person, outbound calls analysis, and funds received against policies.
• Liaising with audience to understand requirements and pro-actively suggest and implement new reports.
• Working with colleagues on improving data analysis and reporting processes through the development of Excel spreadsheets, dashboards and reports.
This role would suit a Data Analyst with solid experience of Excel, including creating macros, pivot tables and charts and general use of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SQL and the SalesForce.com system is highly desirable as is any previous experience in the CRM and/ or marketing fields. You will naturally show a high level of attention to detail and be highly numerate with excellent communications skills including spoken and written English.
