THIS IS A 12 MONTH FIXED TERM POSITION that has permanent opportunities after this!!
Working for one of the largest and most renown IT Giants in the UK, this is a very challenging opportunity for an EXPERIENCED CALL MANAGER SPECIALIST to be involved in one of the LARGEST Transformations in Europe! You will work in the design, management and implementation of a LARGE Contact Centre service and be involved in Design, configure and Install Cisco UCCE solutions, including Call Manager, third party software, and integrated peripheral systems
Consult with the customer while they are making major business decisions and processes that will be used to manage their overall telephony enterprise
Main focus will be to integrate hardware, software, and network features and functionality into the customer's environment.
Responsible for the technical correctness and completeness of integrated systems designs
Work with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria and provide solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems
Responsible for hardware administration and testing and for network validation, certification and documentation
Be responsible for remote administration and systems monitoring, perform ICM/ IPCC scripting and perform integration with other enterprise applications
Essential Experience:
CCIE (Pref CCIE VOICE) Qualifications
At least 3 years related experience -based on essential functions, skills, knowledge and abilities outlined for this position
Strong CALL MANAGER 7 experience within an ENTERPRISE ENVIRONMENT.
Experience in trouble shooting problems and system monitoring/ reporting as well as capacity planning with Cisco IPCC and CUCCE
SAP CRM Integration with CUCCE would be an advantage
Understanding of Verint Witness platform for workforce and quality management
Fundamental understanding of Cisco MPLS, traditional routing and switching architecture, H323 and Cisco VXML gateways
Project-based implementation experience
High Level understanding of Cisco Network Technologies
Technical competency in MPLS architecture
Self motivated all for aspects of responsibilities
Effective Communicator and Team Worker
Diligent in the production and support of network and project documentation
Experience of working in a highly effective support role within a complex network environment
Experience of designing & implementing network solutions as part of a project.
Good knowledge of technical infrastructure and integration technologies
Good Organisational and planning skills
Ability to manage own time to achieve project objectives and timescales.
Ability to explain technical issues clearly and effectively
Demonstrate a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving
Good communication skills - both written and oral
Able to document standards/ procedures
Ability to cope with high levels of work
Able to work as part of a team
Desired Experience/ Skills Optional but desirable: qualifications, or continuing pursuit of, relevant vendor's certification programme (e.g. Cisco, Juniper)
Optional, but preferred, relevant Cisco Career Certifications -
CCIP/ CCNP/ Cisco Contact Centre
