German and Dutch Helpdesk role

Fluency in German and Dutch essential.
Fluency in French and/ or Italian an advantage.

A Helpdesk Call Logger provides first line helpdesk support assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone, email or fax. Must maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries, take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues. Will log all calls on the call logging system and maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected

Areas that you will need to be familiar with include:

Network connectivity
Windows Operating systems
Hardware and laptops
MS Office
