Business Analyst - Agile / Scrum - Manchester Contract/ Temporary
We have an excellent opportunity to join this leading online travel organisation based in Manchester as a contract Agile Business Analyst / Systems Analyst. You will have at least 2 years commercial Business / Systems Analysis experience. Main skills:
Requirements Management production / delivery of Scrum artefacts (Vision, Use Cases/ User Stories, UI specification, Supplymentary requirements) and the supporting Scrum practices.
Management of a Product backlog.
Research and Information Elicitation Proven track record in eliciting and assessing information. Full experience of using different requirements elicitation techniques.
Technical understanding of web applications and e-commerce systems
Business/ System Analysis & Modelling experience
Facilitation Skills Ability to effectively facilitate idea decomposition and requirements workshops.
Proven track record of using influencing and persuading techniques to manage conflict and negotiate between stakeholders and teams.
Stakeholder Management Confidently work with all levels of an organisation by building trust and demonstrating commitment to customer satisfaction.
Communication Skills - Advanced communication and presentation skills. Experience liaising with various business and technical teams, to bridge the gap between the business and IT.
A proven track record of managing requirements through the project lifecycle.
Any experience in the travel sector would be beneficial, or any e-commerce / e-retail / online shopping experience.
