There is a vacancy for the position of Digital Preservation Project Manager in the Parliamentary Archives, on a fixed term appointment to 31 March 2012, with the possibility of extension or permanency.
The Digital Preservation Project Manager will provide project management and technical support to the Assistant Clerk of the Parliamentary Archives (Preservation & Access) who is leading this work. This post will be a major contributor to the successful implementation of the Strategy and Roadmap. There is no staff management responsibility included in this post, but the postholder will be expected to work closely with external contractors and consultants as required.
